Deploying Your New n8n Template in Minutes

In this guide, you’ll learn exactly how to take the n8n template you just downloaded from NodeLearn and turn it into a live, working workflow in under 15 minutes. This step-by-step guide is beginner friendly (even if you have no coding background) and by the end, you’ll have a fully operational automation and the know-how to tweak it for your specific use case.


Step 1: Setting Up Your n8n Account

You'll first need to set up your own n8n account to start implementing the AI agent use case templates. If you have yet to set up your n8n account, you may refer to this step-by-step guide here:


Step 2: Login to Your n8n Account and Start a New Workflow

  1. Click on the orange "Create Workflow" button on the top right of your n8n account home page



Step 3: Import the Template In Your Workflow

  1. Click on the 3-dot icon on the top right corner

  2. Click on import from file


Step 4: Select the Template (json file) You Would Like to Import

Select the JSON template you downloaded from NodeLearn (e.g. Telegram_Market_Research_AI_Agent_Template.json)

Click "Open" after selecting the json template

  1. Your file explorer should pop up

  2. Navigate to the json template you downloaded to import the AI agent workflow

  3. Click on "Open" to import the AI agent template into your n8n workflow


Step 5: Rename Your Workflow to Your Desired Workflow Name

Double-click the default “My workflow” title at the top of the canvas and enter a descriptive name—for example, “Telegram Market Research Bot.

  1. Double click on the default workflow name (e.g. My workflow)

  2. Rename the workflow to your preference
